I really liked the overall quality of the room. I had a suite with a full kitchen, couch coffee table and bed which was more than enough space for me, too bad I didn't have guests. The couch was comfy, I felt right at home, and unlike most other hotels all the channels on the TV worked and there was so much variety for what to watch. The bed was big and comfy although the sheet and comforter were thinner than expected. Still very warm and cozy though. The blinds were easy to use and the windows were huge and took up most of the wall but there wasn't much to see in this case as my room was along the back/side. This hotel is right by the freeway so during certain hours you can hear loud performance cars but not so much when most of society is asleep. The tub was raised, which was odd, but the shower was easy to operate and the shower-head had multiple variations of flow - a pleasant surprise. I liked the thick and big towels compared to other hotels too. The hotel staff was kind and allowed me to choose the number of hotel keys which made things easier to keep track of. Parking was also a breeze and my things were safe for the one-night stay I was there. I would have given this hotel five stars but a roach scurried out from the tub area to under the sink cabinet when I turned on the light for my morning shower.

Stayed here for a week with the wife and 2 kids in a 1 bedroom suite. The suite was well kept (housekeeping is very attentive) , we definitely enjoyed the extra space and convenience of having a kitchen. It was roughly $50-60 more per night than other hotels in the area without a kitchen, but we justified the cost by making 1 lunch or dinner per day rather than eating out, and for the extra space, it was 100% worth it. Definitely a luxury to have 2 TVs in different rooms so the kids could watch TV in the bedroom while Mom and Dad watched TV on the couch. The breakfast was fine. The website lists a "continental breakfast". For a "continental" breakfast, it was excellent. Dairy, bagels, muffins, and a couple low end hot options. If you're expecting a hot breakfast with sausage links, ham, waffle maker, etc. you'll be disappointed, but that's not what the hotel advertises. The front desk was OK. Not super friendly, but they did their job and answered questions and responded to requests. Parking was convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A bit overpriced hotel compared to the service offered and location. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Internet was fast. However, hallways need renovation-- looks shabby, old paint. Breakfast variety was less -- not at all, marriott standard.

I’ve been to Albany three times in the last several months for the Cny clinic. This last trip we wanted to stay at a new place that was more convenient to restaurants and stuff to walk to nearby. I would definitely go back because the staff became such good friends/family to us over our three night stay. Every time we walked through the door we would have conversations with them. One night we all chatted in the lobby for over a hour. They also have a free shuttle that’ll take you to and from the airport and the clinic which was so nice. We became friends with each of the drivers, Jaquel, Jamel and Jovan, and they were all so helpful and friendly, and made us feel at home. The manager, Amanda Little took care of us and we really appreciated that! We will recommend them again as well. 🌟

Everything is very clean. The room cleaning girls are very helpful and we are here all IA for 9 days. Very delicious breakfast. You can wash your clothes for free. Just buy the soap here at the hotel. Blessing

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
