Marisol and her entire team is amazing. I wish I could remember all the front desk associates names, but Latisha stands out because I see her the most. They all are professional and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs and the area of the hotel.

Rooms are smallish, TV quite small, but consistent with brand. Clean. Great front desk service. Breakfast fine. Location right next to Walmart, Chick-fil-A and Pollo Loco. plenty of free parking. great value.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay I've had. I travel and stay at Marriott properties for business and this location was a bust. Usually I'll get water or a welcome gift for marriott status... not even a topic of conversation at this place.The room had carpet ripped up, doors pealing apart and couldn't close, towel hangers ripped off the walls, filthy furniture, and the AC units were loud and smelled of mold. Lights didn't work, the list goes on. The ratings on Marriott website have it at 4.2 stars...... I'm not sure how that's possible. Avoid this location.

My family and I stayed at this hotel. It was a okay stay until the storm came. The TV stop working. I called the front desk and the young lady stated it may be because of the strom, but it should come back on. I replied no problem. Four hours later after the rain had stopped I called back and the young lady said I will contact the provider and have them fix the issue remotely. I replied no problem. By morning the issue had not been resolved. I go down to front desk and explain my issues to the gentlemen, plus I needed to pay for another night. Not to mention the air conditioner was blowing but it wasn't cooling the room. The gentlemen said I see you purchased through a third party. Before you purchase let me know what the price is and I will see if I can get you a better deal. I let him know. He called his manager and she said no deal just move her to another room. Then my cousin went down and asked to speak to the manager. He was handed a card and told to give her a call on Monday. I decided to check out and take my business to another hotel. Witch separated my family and I, but it was our last day in Houston so we just made the best of it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
