        This is the second time we have stayed in this place, and it seems to us to be the best option we have had. The place is very clean, the breakfast is very good and the staff in general are very friendly. For some reason my dog ​​gets restless in other places but here he feels at home and sleeps all night. We 100% recommend this place.

        The location is within walking distance (across the street) of a rehab facility where a family member resides. I stayed in a room designated for the hearing impaired. Breakfast is good and simple. I bought my own food so having a decent size refrigerator was a plus. Unfortunately, I brought K-cups and they don’t have a Keurig. If you have a small load of clothes to wash, it cost less to use their laundry facility than the Washerteria that is across the street. The staff made an effort to be friendly, helpful, and polite.

        The experience has not been a good one since being their for an extended stay while my house is under construction. Elevator issues: The pool is never clean, the light go out ( no power) often, and they do not have a backup up generator. Housekeeping cleaning is on a limited schedule. Rooms are cleaned every 3/4 days, and the ice maker stays broke. There are so many things that go unnoticed by the staff .. the guest always have to make them aware. Then, once you make them aware, they are slow to get fixed. Hallways are always hot because the unit doesn't work that cool the halls. It's so much more, but i will suggest, if you have to stay for longer than a week, find somewhere else to go.

        My family and I required a long-term solution while we waited on our new home to be ready. TownPlace provided us exactly what we needed and also welcomed our pets. They were very accommodating our needs and the rooms and breakfast were awesome! Special shout out to Cici on the Front Desk who went over and beyond on more than one occasion to assist us and always had a friendly smile no matter the situation. Would highly recommend this hotel!

        My overall experience with this hotel is very bad I just don't have the words to explain my long term stay at this hotel. We had no lights, no housekeeping, the management was not knowledgeable always saying I don't know because I just got here or I need to wait until tomorrow until someone else come in. I feel tramp in this hotel, I ask to be move to another floor they said they did not have anyone to help me move.
