        Very nice hotel. Could improve elevator signage, especially from rear entrance(s). Good breakfast in bright room. Modern showers. TV video requires adjustment. Also, signal isn't HD(?). Staff allowed us an extra-late checkout, due to hospital visit - appreciated!

        Excellent hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. There was a smart TV in the room which was great. Also the air conditioner worked well. The fridge, microwave and everything else was good. The front desk staff were nice. The service was good. Breakfast was really good as well. Overall, I recommend staying here!

        Have stayed here many many times. In terms of value, probably the best in the area. It's a full suite with microwave, fridge, oven, etc. The staff always been great and friendly. My only issue was whenever I stayed here my room was surrounded by "factory workers". I don't want to be rude, but thats how I can put it. They would take over the whole establishment and make noise, sit in the hallways on the floor and give everyone looks. Besides that and them my stay has always been great.

        Clean hotel and rooms. Front desk very helpful in changing my room from ground floor to a quieter room. Early check in and late check out were available. Room was great….comfortable bed. Would stay here again!

        Exceptional Service, Above and Beyond! The hotel itself was immaculate and well-maintained. My room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean, which is always a top priority for me when I travel. The amenities were excellent, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout my visit. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the remarkable assistance I received from the front desk guy "Ilir". One night, I found myself in a challenging situation where I urgently needed something for work, and it was well past regular business hours with all stores closed in the town. I was feeling quite stuck and stressed, but Ilir's dedication and willingness to help turned the situation around. Ilir went above and beyond, displaying genuine concern for my predicament. He took it upon himself to search for a solution and, to my amazement, he managed to find the item I required to complete my work, even in the middle of the night. His dedication, resourcefulness, and outstanding customer service truly saved the day for me. Ilir's exceptional service is a testament to the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction and going the extra mile for their guests. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
