The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms feel somewhat small and even though it was clean it managed to not appear to be. The shuttle to the airport takes only 15 minutes and goes every 30 minutes. Overall nice to stay the night before a flight.

This hotel was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The location was the only downside being a bit of a ways away from things and kind of in the back of a residential area. But otherwise, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room had a full-size fridge and a kitchen and stove. The layout was well thought out and the bathroom was beautiful.

This hotel was ok. The location is very convenient to the airport and generally felt in a safe area. Overall the room was nice, clean, and everything in the room worked fine. We did have some issues including mobile check in, a long long line at the check in counter, no water for sale in the lobby, and the second time we went to the bar, we sat for several minutes and were never helped.

The room was large, and it was a great shower. The bed was very hard. My wife enjoys a hard mattress, but I couldn't sleep. Eventually, I slept on the couch. When I first opened the door to the room, there was a musty odor that went away when I turned on the AC. Breakfast was typical sausage patties and eggs, cereals, yogurt, granola, and jucies. The $15 margaritas were okay, and the bar menu was very limited. Great location to the airport, but I didn't feel comfortable with the neighborhood.

Self-catering is available in this hotel's rooms. The lobby is clean and coffee and cold water are provided throughout the day. There is a gym and a swimming pool. Breakfast is provided and free printing is available. It's close to the airport so it's easily accessible. The rooms are very clean. I would like to highly recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
