        Loved our stay, room was clean and just like the photos. Staff super kind and helpful. Included breakfast was great!! Even gluten free options. We used the transfer to JFK from the hotel and it was amazing, loved our driver Bill. He told us stories about the things we drove past and drove very safe in the crazy traffic. Would recommend 10/10.

        I stayed here for one night. This is a dual- brand Marriott property which includes TownSuites and Summer Hill Suites. TownSuites will be on the lower half of the building up to approximately the 21st floor. My room was on the 21st floor facing south. I had an abundance amount of sunlight but with many New York hotels, the rooms are small. This room was approximately 200 ft.² with a kitchenette. Space is limited, but functional. The staff was welcoming at check-in and the breakfast staff were friendly and hospitable. They really personalized the visit. There’s a variety of food offered, both hot and cold. If you’d like to get away from the crowds on the bottom level, there’s another buffet on the top level. Simply take the stairway up. Convenient location. Close to Penn Station, restaurants, cafés, and shopping.

        Nice and clean hotel close to a lot of awesome places. Superb location. Front desk staff was great. Evan at the front desk who was amazing, kind, helpful, really made our stay marvelous. The breakfast was amazing. Staff did a great job of getting people seats to eat. Food was good. Great selection and variety. Lots of gluten free and healthy options. Highly recommend!

        Great hotel! Do not understand the negative reviews. The hotel is situated in a great location to explore Manhattan from. The entryway to the hotel is large, open and welcoming. The lobby smells amazing, the staff is friendly and there is a small shop corner to buy some drinks, snacks, etc. The room was very clean and modern with a huge smart-tv. Breakfast was quick and dirty. Not too many options and quite crowded during rush-hours.Yes, when everyone wants to get to the ground floor at once in the morning, you might wait 3-5 minutes for an elevator, but never more than that. Other than at peak times, the elevators are quickly there. Overall, great stay and much better than what some previous reviews seem to say.

        Just finished a stay here for a short weekend vacation and it was fabulous! Rooms are very small but functional and clean, breakfast was good, and service was amazing. Massive shoutout to Evan at the front desk!!!! 👏 We think he was the manager but he was checking people in, helping the breakfast crew, really going above and beyond. Exceptional service and overall cool guy!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
