Excellent stay in this newer hotel near to the airport. The staff are fantastic - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with some gluten free options as well. What’s great about this place is its close proximity to beautiful parks and walking trails unlike any airport hotel we’ve stayed in. Historic Spanish Landing was just across the street for lovely waterside walks/runs and Liberty Station with its markets, shops, restaurants and green spaces. Awesome!

Fast (and free) shuttle pick up at the airport. We walked back to the airport in the morning and realized it is only about 10 minutes though. Property seems brand new. Rooms are well appointed and had everything we needed/you’d expect. AC worked great. Shower and room were extremely clean. Only downside was heavy noise from the room above us (we were on the 2nd floor). Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Gym was great - big with lots of cardio machines and weights. Laundry worked great. Location is great for the airport and a run along the harbor front but not many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, exactly what you expect from a TownePlace Suites!

Dirty—found trash and gummy bears on the floor, grease stains on head boards and table, smells like a greasy kitchen, and did not refresh room all day. No remedy offered for today, but offered to refresh room tomorrow. Breakfast was nice with healthy options. Walkable to Liberty Station. Shuttle service to airport available.

Newish hotel, very clean. They do have an airport shuttle which you can book ahead from the front desk or have it pick you up from the airport. Otherwise it is about 10-15 mins walk from terminal 2. Hotel breakfast is really good and has options than your usual budget tier Marriott properties. Parking fee is $15 a night which isn’t bad considering the downtown hotels (airport is very close to downtown) charge $50/night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
