        I travel on business all year long, and I stay at Marriott throughout the United States from 5 to 6 months at a time. I must say this hotel has taken the toll on all of them that I have stayed at from being a small hotel /The cleanliness not your average Marriott, the service here has been phenomenal. Customer service always very attentive and always ready to assist or make your stay that much more comfortable. I must say one individual himself takes pride to what he does and Goes the extra mile no matter what for the customer Eduardo Leon You are an example of what everyone in your line of business should be And do. I thank you once again For giving me the upmost respect and service. I wish you the best, and I hope they use you as the prime example of what customer service is.

        The hotel itself was very nice. Lobby and staff was friendly and welcoming. The downside of the hotel was the room itself. It wasn’t clean. There was a diaper left on a chair, a bra left in the closet, and stains on the bed sheets. Overall the room felt like housekeeping didn’t do a thorough sweep/clean of the room at all. I expected better.

        I booked a hotel in Downtown with the intention of having a nice scenic view at night, however we had a grey wall as our view. I did ask the front desk if there were any other rooms with any type of view available, basically anything other than a wall but they told me they were all booked and it was on a first come first serve basis. The person at the front desk did however try to look at options for the next day but I was only staying the single night. Be aware if you’re looking for the same! The rooms are clean but there aren’t many amenities. If you just need a room to sleep in near downtown, it’ll work. Like others mentioned, the parking is not convenient. You’ll need to walk through the garage and back to the main entrance to get back into the building.

        I was appalled by the general service and organization at this hotel. We had a son thrown up in the middle of the night and requested new bedding. After waiting for an hour we finally went to bed without the bedding. (We had to request again in the morning to receive new bedding and have the dirty ones taken away.) Furthermore, the soiled bedding when finally collected, had a treasured stuffed animal mistakenly mixed up in it. We were told it would go through the wash and should show up. After calling daily for 3 weeks we were finally told that they didn't realize the bedding was covered in puke, in which case it was thrown out. I made it abundantly clear the bedding was soiled and asked multiple times what happens to bedding in that condition. Do not recommend this hotel.

        A nice hotel for in and out travel. It is located on Sixth Avenue, close to the Gaslamp District but far enough for a walk or short Uber ride. The staff is friendly. The room contained all the things I would want for a trip.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
