I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Hotel recently, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Mike C.! From the moment I arrived, Mike went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. His warm welcome and outstanding customer service were truly first class. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mike C. for his outstanding service and for making my stay at the Marriott Hotel truly exceptional. He is a true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend Mike for his exceptional hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you, Mike, for making my stay at the Marriott comfortable.

We are members and I have to share our disappointment with this hotel. The air conditioning was damaged making an extremely noise! I complained and the result was an Incompetent unmotivated manager. I can say only: 3 nights and only 1 we could sleep well. That was our holidays :( Besides the Breakfast needs urgent improvement! And the staff could be definitely friendlier. Except for Regina and the cleaning crew they were very nice, thanks.

If I could give a zero I would this is the WORSE Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at and I am a Marriott member(Silver) which shouldn’t mean anything even if I was a bronze, gold or platinum that shouldn’t be looked at which was asked. Bottom line am a Marriott member. First off our room is invested with with ants and they want to move us to another hotel but we have to pay for it when there hotel is invested with ants… The manager did not want to give back my points that I used nor did she want to compensate for there nasty invested hotel… And then the front desk manager Cindy wants to say well we live in Florida and when it’s cold ants and roaches can come into peoples homes, hotels etc- like I haven’t lived in Florida over 20 years and in my home we don’t have any of the above which implies that she is use to insects and is trying to make excuse for there invested hotel. On top of everything it’s 11:30pm that’s right PM and I have to now take my 5yr to drive over 2hrs to get back home and miss my son bball games because of lack of compassion or even trying to go above and fix the situation with a complimentary stay at another Marriot. Terrible!!!! If I could post a video I would because those pictures do no justice!!!!!

Would have been a better experience if there was a little customer friendly service. Our room along with a teammate was overbooked. We reserved rooms well in advance and were advised when we arrived after driving 4+ hours, our room was unavailable. The accommodation offered was less than satisfactory so we opted to stay with the rest of our team. I was advised by the front desk clerk (I will not name drop) that he couldn’t offer anything, help, arrangements, etc. other than to call the GM on Sunday, her first day back. I attempted to make contact in person, left messages and emails many many times with no response. Our room didn’t have a tub for my little ones and the sofa bed was the size of a love seat. I was never told my room wouldn’t be cleaned but every 3 days, (yet there were black shoe prints in the shower we found after being at baseball all day), I didn’t have enough blankets and I didn’t have enough towels. I have had my share of traveling for baseball tournaments, and business, and have stayed at Marriott many many times. I never ran into a problem quite this large, with no response by management. I can’t expect a mgr to know everything that is going on but I feel in order to fix a problem, you need to be made aware of it. This was an absolutely unacceptable situation and it didn’t seem to be an issue for anyone other than my family that’s not cool at all. I paid quite a bit to stay here when I could’ve chose any hotel. Customers and service do not seem to be a concern at all here.
