I am no hotel connoisseur. However I am amazed at the hospitality of this place. Staff: 5/5. Very courteous, very nice, manager is a talkative person that will keep you from being bored and you like talking to people. So are the other staff. Breakfast is...well, first of all it is free and they seem to rotate the offerings. Place has many amenities such laundry, gym, hot tub, smoking place which I may add is very nicely maintained and cleaned. Some resident are the issue however as I witnessed some just throwing the cigarette button on the ground even if they have 2 very visible receptacles for them. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I need almost every day. Kitchenette came with dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, fridge is cooling, dishwasher and detergent for it as well as hand wash detergent. For the price this is a gem in the area. I may be missing some other aspects of it but if I were to come back in the area again this would definitely be where. Side note: Our group recommended this hotel to the company management and future business travellers for the company may stay here after trying 2 others before our stay here.

We stayed here for just over a week on our way out of town. It was well situated, and while clearly a little old and shabby in a few places, was clean, neat, and welcoming. We had an issue with our fridge a couple of days in - the seal wasn't working properly which caused the motor to get over-worked and get louder and louder - and they moved us to a room just across the hall, which we appreciated as that meant we didn't have to move everything a long way. These hotels are well appointed, with the small kitchen - we had a full-size fridge and freezer, a small stove, and most of the basics you need to live simply and cook for yourself. A basic breakfast is served to all guests every morning, and there are good amenities - gym, laundry room (pay with quarters), a small shop, the lending library, and so on. Front desk people all really helpful and nice to deal with. Parking is easy, plentiful and safe. It would be good for the next round of upgrades to expand power options - currently just a single outlet on each side of the bed, and no USB ports - that would be a great addition! But overall, value for money and a safe, friendly, clean place to stay.

I did not have a reservation. At first, they said they were booked. The manager went to the cleaning department twice to see if one of the rooms they cleaned was not booked. He found me a room. Check-in was smooth. The room is a little dated but clean. Despite facing the highway, it was pretty quiet. I slept like a baby. The shower was nice and good hot water with ample pressure. It was a good experience.

This location is acceptable if you are just going to stop in for the night and continue on your way. The rooms definitely have potential. They come with a kitchenette and pull out and the staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for sheets for the pull out. Unfortunately, the inside is very dated and due to the pricing, it attracts people that smoke inside. It was not overpowering enough to run away but not something I would want to experience for more than a quick nights stay. Overall I would stay again if necessary.

Stayed here few time’s The hotel staff are great, The Hotel requires serious maintenance, it’s as if Management doesn’t care, furniture missing from rooms, heater / Air con units either don’t work, or make so much noise you can hear them from the elevator, and Breakfast, that’s an absolute joke, weekend meal plastic wrapped muffins in the hot plate and sausage patties, no waffles, no eggs always low on plates, watched someone eating off a napkin on a weekday cause of no plates, Sure nobody wants to work since the pandemic but still some things are on management not staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
