Overall nice local hotel. We had the kitchen included in our stay and everything seemed fine. Staff were really nice I think her name was Saiyra and very accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast as they had a good variety for Marriott standards. The hotel is on the older end but all the amenities are provided. Shower room was good. Cookies were a nice touch for the welcome bags 4.5/5 would recommend

Kristi was terrible. The General Manager Ana was terrible also. My pregnant wife and I simply asked what were the issues with the Wi-Fi upon checking in and we were rudely ignored and met with force from Kristi and the GM. We had to leave and rebook somewhere else and report their behavior to the Marriott Corporate Office. Poor customer service as well as poor hotel choice. May God bless the reader and hearer of this review.

‼️‼️DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ‼️‼️. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT IN MY LIFE!!! First off it’s old and outdated and management doesn’t even care! The breakfast is super trash and the room service is even worst!!! For two weeks I couldn’t even get a small towel to bathe I had to go buy my own!! Couldn’t get condiments for my room to cook and the staff always told me they would call me when they check for some, but obviously that didn’t happen! Parking spots are limited, the TV only has about 20 channels but it goes out every afternoon so you only have about 5 channels after lunch…the only good thing about this hotel is that it will make a great animal shelter one day!! I won’t even say how bad the room service is 🤬

Really nice hotel in Tomball TX area. I was attended to by "Christal" at the front desk with a welcoming smile and some warm cookies and two bottles of water. The facility is an all ensuite hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful to getting your needs met. Breakfast is complimentary and though choices are small it's oK as this facility is meant to be one where you cook for yourself anyway. Rooms come equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge and all the basic utensils you need for cooking and dining. Facility also has a gym and pool onsite. Walking distance about 5min is a Target store where you can also get your other conveniences addressed. Also not too far within less than 10mins walk are some restaurants. Good place...Good value..Will be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
