Staying here for 2 nights. Immediately move to another hotel after staying for 1 night. Room very dirty, smells so bad, trash under the bed, molds everywhere even on the floor, wall is full of water stain, the closet is broken. The corridor also very dirty and smell so bad The only good things about the hotel is super close to public transport. Also close to the hospital where I visit. And the robotic service is also quite good

No value for money here. Our room was very dirty, the reception let us check some other rooms and they all had dirty linen, dirty walls and floor and the bathroom was in bad condition as well. This includes a room that was an upgrade from the one we had booked. The stuff was friendly at least, but we had to book another hotel for the rest of our stay as this one was too dirty. If you can afford a little bit more, best to avoid this one.

Terribly dirty with cockroach! Room stinks with smokes residue. We did not stay longer than 30 minutes, we changed to another hotel!

I only pada for 70K/night. Got a surprise from the toilet, People didn't flush and unfortunately the staff might not check. But its really disturbing. Also the room next door was super noisy until pass midnight, But what you can expect? You got what you paid. Haha But overall OK. Still ya kan murah mau komen apalagi coba

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
