Our lovely, clean, modern, spacious room overlooked the Neumarkt Christmas Market. The staff were very polite and helpful, check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was very clean and well tended to our entire stay. Would most definitely choose this location again for any travel, not just Christmas.

We had an incredible stay here for 4 nights, breakfast club at an extra 25€ per day per person is fully extensive and all you can eat! ranging from cereals, continental, fruits, coffees and teas, and a hot menu, the bed was very comfortable and we had a nice deep bath and walk in shower, the first fridge full is free, the ONLY thing I would suggest to the owners, is facilities to get coffee or tea either in the rooms or on the landing area.

Lovely hotel, elegantly combining functionality, comfort and coziness in the very heart of Dresden. One star away because of the change that occurred ever since we were last here in spring 2023- the lounge can now be accessed only if you are member of the Vagabond club and you pay in advance- something that is not announced, nor explained when you book the room via Booking. It may be working for the new clients, but when you’ ve stayed previously and have some specific expectations, it’s easy to be disappointed when you learn about this major change only upon your arrival. We were a big group, composed of 12 people, from whom 4 were 75years+ and having a place to exchange with a nice cup of tea was my primary idea in mind when I was booking the rooms for one night. Luckily, the breakfast is still as complete as it was and you can indulge on the various delicious treats the German cuisine has to offer.

The location is just stunning. You really feel like the city was never bombed after all. I wish more parts of the city will be rebuilt. I also loves staying in the cosy rooms which added to the charm of my long weekend last year

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
