I love the room, considered spacious for 2 persons. Great breakfast, too. Great location, located near train and tram station. The layout design is not wheelchair friendly or has heavy luggage.. The elevator is small and only fits 4 pax and has a staircase. Also, the receptionist wasn't feeling friendly or helpful on our last day. Luggage storage after check out is only limited to 1 hour free, and we are not allowed to check out late either as the room occupancy for the day is full. Remarks: There is a city tax of 2 Eur.

Very well run hotel. Location is good,I will comment on some other issues at the end. Streetcar stops right in front ,in walking distance to Frankfurt Central Station. Just a few stops on the tram and you are right in the middle of Old Town . Service is excellent, staff is super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. It's a 6 story hotels with elevator, a blessing because our room was on the 5th floor. Room an bathroom were small,however super clean. We ended up with 2 twin beds, but after traveling germany for 3 weeks it suited us just fine The hotel location is good, the neighborhood very middle eastern. It can be not so nice and deterring for a lot of people. The streets are not clean ,noisy with guys hanging out day and night. Rudeness all around. I feel for this hotel, personally would not choose this hotel again,especially if you are traveling alone.

The hotel is nice and central to the train station. It’s a quick cab ride from the airport. Our rooms are European “cozy” but they more than did the job. Bathrooms were cozy and modern, great water pressure and it got hot quick. Staff were super nice. Walkability wise it’s - you’re just a few minutes from the banking district and shopping areas. It’s not in the nicest part of town but nothing next to a train station is. If you walk towards the banking district things get better fast. That said, the area felt safe. Good food all around. The breakfast was nice. It had a good variety of everything from toast to croissants to eggs to vegetables and cereal and more. It was always plentiful.

I booked this hotel because of the location near Frankfurt Hbf (main station) but the area around the hotel did not feel safe for my friend and me. The way Google maps took us to the hotel around the block were erotic stores, sex hotels (literally says it on the sign), and a bunch of men hanging in doorways smoking pot. There were so many men all around that entire block, and no women that we saw. We already had a bad vibe by the time we arrived at the hotel. Once we checked in and made it to our room, we could barely fit in the small room with our luggage (2 suitcases and 2 backpacks). There was no room to walk around and the bathroom was quite small. The shower was see through to the bedroom (might be ok for a couple, but awkward for friends). The hotel had only provided one set of towels, one pillow, and one duvet (we had to call and ask for another set). There are no toiletry items provided. The curtain was falling off the window. We could hear chanting from a homeless person outside the window. There was no additional lock on the door from the inside. Ultimately we decided to leave that evening even though I had prepaid for two nights. It was that disconcerting that we didn't feel like it was a good idea to stay. I travel internationally a lot, and I always look for hotels that are rated well and read reviews from other travelers. I have never switched hotels prior to this one. I felt it was important to share our experience, especially for any female or family travelers. I think it is also important to note that I did reach out to the hotel to ask for a refund and they refused. They said they have no influence on the area around the hotel.

I have stayed at a few hotels near Frankfurt train station, this one is the best. Superb location, Clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Definitely will be back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
