        Location is excellent. 5-10 mins walk to a local supermarket. 5 mins walk to subway or bus station. Room is clean breakfast is simple but practical. Prefect for business travellers. Reasonable rate.

        Reception desk staff are friendly and speak English. There is no wardrobe in the room. Hangers are on a wooden bar on the wall. Effectively it is an open wardrobe and makes the room look more spacious. The location is a little far from the shops if on foot. Bus stops are only 2 to 3 minutes away. Local train stations are about 10 minutes on foot from the hotel. A taxi ride from Kyoto station costs about 860 Yen.

        Toyoko Inn cannot handle our inquiry by email. The space in the family room is good. It was dirty on arrival though, hair everywhere and a dirty floor. Toyoko INN reserves the bill on your creditcard and also lets you pay on arrival, so you pay double at the time. I do not know any hotel which does something like that. I can't use my creditcard because of 2 reservations at Toyoko INN hotels. Thanks a lot!! I do not recommend the Toyoko INN hotels and I will not make use of one in the future.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
