The rooms are small and we had no wardrobe, but the bathroom was even tinier, high tech toilet the Japanese way, yet little room to stand :) The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was basic and rationed, but worth it because the surrounding area is a bit rough and you will want to travel closer to centre to have your morning coffee. It was interesting to see the local area, as it represented the true Marseille but stay on the cautious side if you travel alone. The location has a good bus connection to Vieux Port and Marseille-Saint-Charles train station. There are few grocery stores nearby. We had an amazing view over the basilica.

Excellent. I’ve seen a few of the negative reviews and while I can’t comment on those people’s reviews, I can confidently state that I had a super positive experience. The rooms and amenities are on par with a 4-star hotel. The bathroom and room were clean, a decent size and the bathroom has that awesome Japanese automatic toilet with bidet function. The sink tap functions as both that and the shower tap. The staff are friendly. The continental breakfast range is basic but good quality food. Easy check in and check out too. Overall, this is a great budget hotel and I have no hesitation recommending it to everyone and staying there again should I ever have the need to visit this city again.

The hotel is good, specially bathrooms, small but you have everything you need. On the reception there is any chairs or something to seat on, it is the first time I see that. If there is aged person or moms with children, well sorry they have to stand. Breakfast is good enough. In general is good impression. Thanks.

Wifi doesn’t work, it will connect for about 10 seconds then disconnect again. Room is nice, but bathroom is quite small, and fruit flies constantly in the bathroom for some reason. Close to metro but area is very sketchy, we did not feel safe leaving the hotel.

I stayed one night, perfect for my needs. Clean, tidy rooms. Breakfast was FREE and there was plenty of choices. Staff were efficient and very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
