Rooms are clean and cheap. Service is good though we opted out of daily cleaning. They would give fresh towels everyday. Breakfast is a good spread. Right in front is the airport limobus stop. A few steps away is the metro. Will stay again.

Very good quality price relationship. I arrived late at night and everything was perfect. It was winter and the room was cold but the hot air con worked well. Breakfast is very traditional Korean food, interesting. A bit crowded but quiet and respectful (the breakfast)

My wife's laptop was stolen out of the hotel safe. Either there was a dishonest employee, or the master code for the safe was easy to guess. An expensive lesson learnt for us, but still, this is not a secure hotel. It's worth noting that there were signs posted on the wall about chaining your hotel door and using the safe (lol) when in the room - these kinds of signs were not present at any of the 4 other hotels we stayed in during our multi-city Asian trip. In other words, there were indications that this property was not secure, which we missed. If you will not have to worry about having to store items in your room, sure, this hotel might represent some value for its convenient location near Dongdaemun Design Plaza and the airport limo bus stop. It also has a decent included breakfast full of healthy veggies. But after this experience, we will not be recommending this property to anyone and will advise against staying here.

My go to hotel in Korea. Airport bus 6001 is right in front of the hotel and a subway station is less than a 5min walk so makes it very convenient for tourists. Love their breakfasts. Very clean room and toilets too very true to its franchise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
