Small and functional rooms. This is similar to Japanese business hotels. Washer and dryer at reception. Washing detergent can be bought from the vending machine (only card accepted). Toothbrush are not included in the room. Can be brought from the vending machine as well. DDP is 5 mins walk away. Subway station and a convenience store are right next to the hotel. Staff if helpful and speaks English, Japanese and Korean.

Incredible hotel! The rooms are quite small, but very functional! I had a nice view from my window and nothing better than the subway right next to the hotel. The breakfast was good! They have korean option and if you don’t like that, you can enjoy some toast with orange juice and coffee. I am really amazed about this hotel, very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. It will definitely stay here the next time I come to Seoul, and I would definitely recommend this place to Stay. Also, it is very centric, you have everything really close! You have shopping center a few blocks away and a 7/11 right downstairs.

Great location. Could walk easily to shops, cafes and the design museum. Right next to the metro station so very convenient for getting around. Offered traditional breakfast buffet style, satisfactory but gets very busy. Room slightly small, but perfectly clean and presented. Good WiFi and Aircon. Ladies at the reception desk were very helpful. We used the coin operated wash and dryer and they were well maintained. There is a vending machine that sells detergent next to them.

Good location, very reasonable where all hotels in Seoul are getting more and more expensive, good service, everyone speaks good Japanese, traditional ToyokoINN style, cozy and comfortable. Free breakfast is also good enough. Amenities: Toothbrush is not free you need to purchase from a vending machine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
