Arrived early and are unable to check-in, staff helped us to keep an eye on our luggage and bags as we went out to sight see first. Breakfast (buffet I presume) is a feast for someone that do not eat breakfast such as myself. Every morning was something slightly different with miso soup, rice and egg dish as a staple. Room was cozy and clean.

Very clean, very friendly staff, quiet location, close to convenient stores, subways and bus stops. The room I stayed in had a king size bed and the room was a good size compred to the usual small hotel rooms. I suffer from insomnia but I slept like a baby here for the 6 nights I stayed. Thank you

Room was perfect for solo travelling with minimal luggage. Clean and well maintained room and washroom with amenities located at the main floor. A bit of a walk to the subway but still very convenient.

Standard features for Toyoko Inns. The usual free breakfast, night robes, etc. As this is a new hotel, all rooms use keycard entry. One annoying thing is that room power depends on the keycard being present in the card reader. Also, lift access requires keycard verification. This means that I need the card to come back up. This also means that if i go down for breakfast, my wife in the room will be left in darkness. Location is pretty good. Access to 2 subway lines and the jr network. No lawson nearby, but there's 7elevens and familymarts around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
