The location of this Toyoko Inn was excellent, just 3 super short blocks from the Otsuka Yamanote line station. The rooms were very small for me to share with my sister, however I think would be perfect for one person or a two people who pack very light. The amenities are pretty sparse, but considering how inexpensive the rooms are it made sense. They had free combs and razors at the front desk; there was body/face wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower; toothbrushes with toothpaste; women received a face mask kit upon check in; there are pajamas in the lobby you can borrow; slippers in the rooms; a hot water kettle in the room with mugs and green tea/plum tea; and of course WiFi in the rooms and lobby. The front desk people were very friendly! Luckily my sister speaks Japanese, otherwise it would have been difficult for me to communicate with them. The included breakfast was great; there was always assorted onigiri, salad, plain and chocolate croissants, and some type of meat option (sausages or meatballs). It was very basic as far as options, but I really enjoyed it. The rooms opened to the outside which my sister didn't feel was very safe, but I enjoyed it because it was nice to be able to open a window or prop the door open to get outside air circulating in the room.

Good in location, friendly staff. Dusty in room, a bit old furniture, For the breakfast, don't resupply the run out of certain food item near or close to 9am even though the breakfast runs till 09:30am. Breakfast items are not good comparing with other Toyoko Inn in Tokyo.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
