read that this hotel is new. seldom marketing photos is a 100% match to actual product, so deserve at least 4stars. small room but very well equipped; breakfast is so-called “free”, service is good, but the quality is simply not up to my expectations, sorry.

Typical "latest generation" Toyoko branch, with in-ceiling showers, no-step bathroom etc. My room had a rather dreary view of the neighbour's emergency stairs, see photo. Breakfast was very different from the usual Toyoko Inn Japanese-style buffet. There were two types of soup (to be eaten out of disposable polystyrene bowls, not great) but, incredibly, neither was miso soup! And no green tea, just coffee and orange juice!!! I was not impressed. Otherwise, solid reliable Toyoko, if definitely not the best one I have stayed at.

I have a job in Toyosu, I stayed here to avoid hotels around Toyosu, where accommodation costs are high and there are few hotels. It was an 18 minute bus ride from the hotel to Toyosu Station from the bus stop in front of the hotel. Due to various reasons, I haven't been staying at Toyoko Inn lately, You can have a very satisfying stay here. The image of Toyoko Inn has changed. Amid the soaring hotel prices, this hotel offers great value for money, and is perfect in terms of location, facilities, and customer service. The hotel is new and clean. Unlike the old Toyoko Inn, it has a bright and fresh design based on light blue, giving it a cute impression. The room was clean and simple, and was rather spacious for a single room, with plenty of space to spread out our suitcases. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly for a long time for the first time in a while. I was worried because some of the reviews said that the surrounding noise bothered me. The people on the same floor seemed to be spending their time quietly, so it didn't bother me at all. Because there is only one elevator It's hard to get on the bus in the morning when it's crowded. My only regret was that I had to wait several times to see them off. Of particular note is the free breakfast, which includes pot-au-feu with lots of vegetables and rich con soup (hot or cold). There are also three types of handmade side dish bread. We also had potato salad, meatballs, and penne. This cost me less than 8000 yen. What's more, it was actually free with the free accommodation voucher you get when you stay for 10 nights. If I have a chance, I will stay there again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
