Overall amazing experience, very beautiful view during our stay when we requested for deluxe twin tower view, 100% recommended. Delicious food and wonderful facilities! Feels like luxury home. The only issue is waiting too long for our room until 14.30 to check in and no staff approach us to ask about our room availability while we're waiting at the lobby. One Bangladeshi security assist us and he did a good job by calling the staff to check for our room availability. Definitely will come again in near future.

Absolutely outstanding! The room was a luxury vibes, clean, beautifully appointed, and equipped with spacious bathroom. Clean and plush linens. Good for couple and family. Truly a five-star stay that made our trip beyond exception.

One of the finest places to be in. My visit was mostly for a conference meet and this venue couldn`t be missed due to it`a proximity. The services have all been superlative. Staff have been extremely professional, polite, approachable, clear and warm. Every single need has been properly addressed to with a promptness. Cleanliness and maintenance have been very good and the housekeeping has been supersmooth. Checking in and out have been effortless. Concierge desk is really proactive. Food area and beverages have been a breeze. For my short stay, I would definitely say that I am happy that I stayed here. I can recommend this place to my friends and general public as well.

The check-in process was smooth and we were allocated a wonderful room with view of the twin-towers. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of options and the staff re-filled all items frequently. The housekeeping staff was helpful and assisted us with any items required and kept our room clean and tidy

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
