All the staff are very friendly and helpful, however we are in day 3 of 4 and only hot meal is breakfast. In fact just asked the chef if the new batch of potato wedges were hot and he said well they are warm. The pool area is tiny but again staff very welcoming. We had booked half board and were told it was just a buffet. The mini bar is empty and Everything is chargeable including water!!! All in all apart from the food it is adequate but would not book here again. Certainly not a 4 star and I have travelled many places. I would not say I was overly fussy but this hotel is definitely out for future travels Manager has spoken to me and admitted they have some issues. He is going to try put things right tomorrow. I will update then

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I have just completed my stay here and everything was Absolutely perfect. The service was amazing, the food was amazing, The scenery was beautiful and The staff made me feel like a king the whole time. Being a seasoned traveller, I can honestly say By far this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I can’t wait to come back here, it certainly makes the 13 hour flight from Australia worth it.

Our stay at Traders was nothing short of amazing. The staff are brilliant. From Amal at reception to Justin the concierge, well everyone was brilliant. They are knowledgeable and understand how to make your experience the best. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we actually booked 2 stays in a week and the whole experience was super amazing. We will definitely be staying there again and will recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to experience a truly wonderful holiday and luxury at its finest. Thank you to the Team, you are brilliant🌹🌹🌹

Attentive staff with warm smiles and care. The staff are approachable on various hospitality matters such as your hotel stay, places to go around, and transportation. The hotel has the basic amenities and rooms are generally well-maintained. The hotel might be a little dated but the attention-to-detail of the employees (and probably the management as well) make your stay comfy and homey.

Very helpful and smiling staff. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and without problems. The hotel has its own private beach and pool. Using the QR code on the table, you can order food and drinks directly to the room, which was very tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
