        My unit was spotlessly clean. Facilities in the room adequate. Lounge was uncomfortable. TV did not work for 3 nights. Receptionist assisted as much as she could. She was helpful and friendly. Your receptionist is your greatest asset.

        The heating system in our rental is broken since we arrived and leaves the house above 34C for days. It is intolerable and there has been no help from Under the Doormat. Only empty promises that “someone is coming”. They never came. We must leave the front door and all the windows open at all times while we are in the house, which is a safety issue in central London. When we leave or sleep we close everything up and the temperature inevitably risks back to +34C. The refrigerator did not work when we arrived. We figured out how to flip on a breaker to make it work by finding the electrical box in the House. Then the breaker blew and the the food we purchased spoiled. Tonight a steam valve started to vent underneath my children’s bed, a intermittent high-pitched squeal as the steam escapes from a piping system underneath their beds that is keeping everyone awake, again. I’m no expert in thermal water heatings systems, so I have no idea if scalding hot water is going to erupt in my kids room. Trying to figure out a solution for that now. Perhaps I will unplug the boiler. We’ve escalated to Airbnb for, and they are more engaged than the absentee management company. But they are limited in what they can do. Truly pathetic customers service. They should be run out of business.

        terrible service from Michael and Tomas at 11 Cambridge street. The advertising of 3 baths was incorrect on marriott Site. third bedroom too small with no closet. ( bed in an office) No internet service and no offer to move to other properties. NEVER checked on us after left that evening for a hotel.

        This property is the very best! We would stay here again for sure. The location, only 6 minute walk to two main underground stations and yummy restaurants, including the best crepes ever (had one a day🤪) was amazing. The property itself was so comfortable, clean and decorated so cute! UnderTheDoormat was so responsive and available to us at all times. They even responded to me at 1am when I couldn’t find the light switch (hidden behind the Britain flag picture) and the secret silverware drawer…haha. Totally amazing place! Don’t hesitate :)

        I would give it a 0 if I can I would give it a 0 if I can. Worst experience ever so far. Since I arrived the apartment was so dirty. Food all over the floor. The sofa in living room is so dirty that you can't sit on. Food and bread crumbs all over the floor. Wifi not working. As for the cleaning part they sent someone but wasn't a good job so I had to bring a company to do the job for me, hired a company and a cleaning lady to get the job done. The wifi worked after two days yet not in all the rooms was promised a booster but still didn't get one, they had to send someone twice. I was promised that the sofa will be cleaned hence it is the dirtiest sofa I have ever seen. A guy came in checked the sofa said he will come back in 15 minutes but never came back. And it seems like the company is just a broker they've got no control over the owners of the house which is bad because they can't deliver what they promise. Avoid this company at any cost. Try Sonder or Native places UK. I am stuck with them unfortunately... I thought I am in london for vacation, it seems I am here to fix someone's else place.

          Booking Policy
