Worth if you buy a ticket for commuting and if you go on weekdays relatively early! We were lucky that we traveled only with few people and everyone had place to sit! On the weekend we tried to hop on it, but it was impossible since there were thousands of people on it. We also saw the long line waiting at the start... (we had to take thos tram a few times since it was stopping next to our hotel, sometimes it was not worth trying because of the crowd)

Great way to travel across the old city center. You should be patient as there might be quite long queue to access one of those trains (20 people+). Trams are occupied fully at very first stop, so this is the best place to start journey. You can easily use yellow Lisbon Public Transportation Card to pay for the ride. Watch out for your phones, arms and heads as sometimes roads become really narrow - several centimeters gap between tram and the nearest building.

Perfect experience in Lisbon! Must to do a tram ride. The route is perfect and took me to places where I wouldn't normally go by public transport because the road is narrow. Picturesque and beautiful routes

Please arrive early if you want to have an unforgettable experience and not a lamentable experience. We took the tram super early(it was right across our hotel and so was doable) and did not have to wait in the queue. About the tour itself - I'll let the pictures do the talking. There were hardly any tourists and mostly locals so this made the experience even more authentic. A must-do in Lisbon.

If you want to save your time waiting in line for the tram? Find out the next tram stop and go there instead. The main hub had a very long line you will waste more than an hour otherwise it interesting how they kept the tram well maintained and running for hundreds of years. Nice Tram ride in Lisbon!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
