Overall we had an amazing experience at Trastevere Sweet Rest! The infrastructure is totally new and functional with very useful and brand new appliances. The apartment is cozy and very clean. We felt like in a hotel! The apartment is very well located in the Trastevere neighborhood, just a few minutes from Piazza Venezia by tram, close to bus stops and walking distance from Trastevere train station, which connects you to the main airport, Vatican City, Termini central station and other cities in Italy. The area is safe and full of supermarkets, coffeeshops and stores. We had an amazing time in Rome and definitely would recommend Trastevere Sweet Rest!

Nice and affordable accommodation near the station in Trastevere. Large room with 2 beds, AC in the room and also a balcony, but as it was too hot, we didn't use it. There was no bathroom in the room, but there was a private bathroom outside so it worked great for us. It was a little noisy in the house, but nothing that bothered you. Very good service from the host, we also got to check in 2 hours earlier which was very positive. The area in general was a bit run down, so I recommend taking the bus to go into town. Which was very smooth on bus 8, €1.5 single or €7 24h

Very small room. There wasn't even room to put the suitcase. Shared bathroom not clearly specified. Smelly and dusty blankets. Terrible value for money. €100 for one night doesn't seem serious to me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
