        When we made the reservation we were told we could pay with cash and wasn’t told about the $75 deposit fee. When we got there they informed us you had to pay with paid and it would $200 after tax for the room after we were told it was $104 when we reserved it. We were told there was a pool and there was no pool. The room was not work the money we spent. The only decent part about the room was the shower. The bed was as hard as the floor. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. It looked like they hadn’t dusted in years. The ac/heat unit is in the window. Our TV did not work at all. No fridge, no microwave. They had water and heater pipes running through the room all along the ceiling and walls. I will not be staying here again and I would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

        It may be cheap and a great location, but that doesn’t compensate for how bad this place is. The single pane windows rattle every time the train passes. The curtains are too small to cover the windows. The rooms are dingy- I was scared to walk on the carpet barefoot. I’ve seen college dorms with better furniture. Finally, at this time they don’t take American Express. No notice - don’t have another card, tough, no refund. And yes, Gina is as bad as all the others claim she is.

        Best thing is location, close to everything. We were given the "suite" and somehow the heat pipes made noise all night long, and the suite view was the rear building. During checkout we requested to have our bags stored for a few hours and we were told that the bellman was on vacation and that he took the keys of the storage room, no one else had keys to the room cause "it was a union job"...crazy but true. Overall basic hotel with great location, do not expect much.

        Please do not book with this location. I had the most horrible experience with the front desk receptionist named GINA she was so rude. I went to ask for a blanket (since their rooms do not come with blankets only sheets) and she got mad at the security guard for providing me with the blanket I requested and said they can just turn the heat up! As if she owns the place. That’s one day I had an issue with GINA! On another day their house keepers were behind so I kindly asked the security guard since he asked how can he help for some toilet paper and shampoo and towels GINA sees him helping me and decides to remove some of things the security was going to give me.I drop off the stuff and head right back downstairs since we were going to leave again. GINA(receptionist)stops me and says hey didn’t you just get some stuff from us and I said yes ma’am she then accuses me of having her ring and that it was in the stuff she gave me so I told her I’ll just give back the things you gave me and exactly how you gave it to me since you want to accuse me of having something I didn’t even have. She is VERY rude and needs to be fired for the way she treats the guest! Aside from that the rooms are very outdated and dirty! The only good thing is the location. Will never book this motel ever again! Stay safe and don’t book here

        The carpets and pillows had stains, curtains didn't cover the windows, AC filters were dirty, train passed by every 10 minutes. We paid $700 for a room that my husband and I couldn't even walk in without bumping into each other. I talked to a woman at the front and she upgraded us to a bigger and cleaner suit, which made our experience better. There was no hot water pressure though, no breakfast, and only some rooms have microwaves and fridges. Would not stay at this hotel again.
