This is a motel, not a hotel. Right on the highway. I booked through a 3rd party. I booked a king but was phoned 20 minutes before arrival that we needed to change to 2 queens. I assumed we would be compensated, but no. No receipt was ever emailed. Only good things: good pillows & free breakfast waffles. This was the view. Beds were from 1980, TV was missing essential parts, the bathroom floor was nasty, the heater went on without permission, the drunks kept the whole floor up all night, the traffic noise was ridiculous from the highway, the staff were not clear nor did they care about the drunks sitting literally in front of our window and yelling smoking all night til 5 am. I'd never book here again!

Hotel was a little overpriced for location and amenities. $340 a night is a little much in my opinion for a 2 star hotel. I have stayed downtown Vancouver for less. The room was spacious and had 2 queen beds. There was a freezer and 2 fridges, a sink, microwave and few plates, bowls and cutlery. More seating in the room would have been a better option. Staff were ok, but often weren't around for help at the front desk. The breakfast was a little basic. The breakfast room is quite large and offerings of cereal, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt and coffee. The pool is nice, but a little small. It should also be exclusive to guests only, as a couple of hotel guests decided to invite all their friends over and dominated the pool so it was unusable. We will probably try a different hotel next time we visit.

I was a Little Concerned after I Read about other Travelodges in other Cities but after reading about this one we tried when my dad and I stayed here this one was not bad. The room was very clean the Upkeep was very good. Only thing the outdoor pool was kind of small but nice but a little paint chipped I had to be careful but Breckfast was very good even had a waffle maker . I'm happy we tried this other one as the other Travelodge Downtown one was not Recommend in Kamloops. There is a good Restaurant or pub on the Rocks very close by that was good too. Try or Stay at Roger's Way one in Kamloops Instead.

Mediocre motel, nothing really stood out about it. Only picked since it was one of the only motels in the area with availability but it wasn't terrible. Kid had a good time swimming outside after a long road trip from the Island. Rooms had basic amenities, beds were comfy, wasn't tip top clean but no bugs and didn't smell bad like other motels I've seen. Also a little pricey for what you're getting but at the time beggers couldn't be choosers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
