Love this place. Was a little iffy when I saw the old reviews, but I relaxed once I saw contractors around renovating other rooms. Staff is absolutely wonderful, the location is great, and the value is unbeatable for the area. Rooms are clean and cozy, and I'm not sure why everyone else had this issue, but my TV remote had the batteries inside. Only improvement I could see is maybe a protein option at the free breakfast, but other than that this place is wonderful for a safe value stay in Orlando.

The manager who was in charge the day I arrived was very nice, she helped me with anything as much as she could. However, the room wasn’t as good as in the pictures — the bathroom door broke, the heater wasn’t working, and the toilet seat loose. Therefore, the quality of a room/hotel depends on the price you pay.

The reviews currently are not fair... especially for the price you pay here. It's a clean and functional option. Seems like they had a recent renovation. Nothing fancy, but no big complaints. The free breakfast was suitable for our group (bagels/toast/cereal/orange juice/cranberry juice - and surprisingly good dark coffee from the machine!). Also a good location as far as many restaurant options being nearby on this street. Also CVS, Walgreens and big box stores like Walmart and Target are not far away.

Absolutely horrible experience. The remote doesn't work with the TV, the bathroom was disgusting, the towels were stained, they gave us a queen sized bed and said it was a king, when we checked in the entire lobby smelt like weed and the receptionist was clearly high (it might be normal here but not where we're from), we were here on our honeymoon and I called a month in advance to ensure we would be able to check in since we are both under 21 and they said the check in age was 18 (I'm 19 and my husband is 20) when I presented my ID they told me that the age was 21, luckily they let us in anyway. The best part about this trip was leaving early and the receptionist when we checked out was super nice.

Location is good but rooms are terrible. The first room we got assigned had a broken dresser with drawers that wouldn’t close, curtains that wouldn’t close and there was no remote for the tv. No fridge, no chair. The bottom corner of the door looked rotten like something tried to chew it’s way out. We asked to be moved to a different room which looked okay at first and at least had a mini fridge and microwave but the air conditioning didn’t work and the only light in the whole room was in the bathroom. It was 90° in our room all night but by the time we got into this room it was 1am and we were exhausted so made due. I certainly won’t stay here again. Definitely not the quality we are used to from Wyndham.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
