        Nice room and friendly staff. The laundry service should be improved. No coins ex available at the front desk. Also the label on the washer is wrong, said $1 but actually need 8 coins to make it work. Price Label on the dryer is missing and it was not able to dry my cloths very well.

        The king bed room was spacious. It is a serviceable hotel for the price. We didn’t have housekeeping every day. I had to go to the front desk to get Kleenex, toilet paper, and washcloths. There are a few maintenance things in the room that need to be addressed. For example, the shower filter needs to be replaced and the sink drain needs to be cleared. All of my interactions with staff were positive. Also, be advised that it is near a lot of “adult entertainment” businesses.

        ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NOT ONE FRIENDLY ENCOUNTER! Took a shower and the whole bathroom flooded Because there was no drain on the floor. The water had to be absorbed with two full towel sets to avoid any of my personal items being damaged. Upon checking out and requesting a receipt for my stay and my deposit returned, my concerns were expressed to a SHADY man who identified himself as the manager, but would not provide his name refused to give me a receipt and also expressed an EXTREME PREJUDICE to special-needs. We have a registered service animal for emotional support, Mr. Shady Man stated thats not a reason to have a service animal! Try telling that to anyone that has a Registered service animal for emotional support or to the providers that have to evaluate for it. It was explained to him that our service animal goes into nursing home and senior centers to visit the residents and that it is very much so a reason. He belittled us and stated that at least he is not staying in hotels. Little does he know I travel for work! Definitely, would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! This was absolutely hands down THE WORST STAY in San Diego, not to mention a TERRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF WYNDHYM RESORTS!

        What an absolute dump. We stayed for one night. The rooms are beyond worn, bugs, musty, the bathroom was filthy and homeless were everywhere. The walls are so thin, the guy in the next room kept us up all night with his snoring and everyperson who walked by outside sounded like they were in our room. This place is not safe or worth the discounted price they charge. Look at all the other reviews before you make the mistake we did.

        I stayed 4 nights; Here’s the pros and cons: a dead roach and rubber bands were in the middle of the floor which means the room wasn’t cleaned before. Bed had stains and I could hear the couple having sex next door. The toilet didn’t flush all the way and someone attempted to open my door at 5:20 mid day. The price is low but for good reason.. it is located near the airport and old towne so not a super bad location however there are tons of homeless around roscrans street so be cautious. Wifi and AC worked fine and always had hot water. I’d recommend only staying here a short time if you want to be near sea world or the airport.
