My stay at this property was ruined, when upon checkout, I realized that the sheets I'd spent the previous 4 nights under were covered in mold and grime. I didn't notice until I held them up to sunlight after I was tidying up the room to leave and feel completely repulsed. The location is good, but I will never stay here again after this horrible experience. The sheets do not get dirty overnight. For them to be in that condition, it had to have been over a long period of time which makes me feel ashamed not just for myself but the other hotel guests who unwittingly spent time under this filth. There are people that are sensitive to mold, and this is honestly a health issue at this point. Absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom is also in questionable condition with some grime on the floor. The water also took forever to get hot when taking showers. I had to run it for about 10 minutes just for it to be warm enough to consider showering- not the most environmentally friendly thing wasting so much water but it was ice cold for most of the time. I cannot urge anyone enough to not stay at this property. I thought I was getting a good deal, saving $150 over a previous property that was booked instead- absolutely not. I regret spending even a penny here. Had I realized before the conditions of the linens, I would've happily taken the loss and stayed somewhere else. It was not worth the money at all.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. I have never stayed in a hotel where they provide exceptional service like the one they provide. All employees are kind and quick to meet your needs. The location is great. It is an old hotel but their service makes it 100% better that I want to go back. If you want fancy hotel, this is not the place for you to stay. However, the rooms are clean, and I highly recommend if you are looking for budget friendly hotel.

This is a good hotel if you are traveling on a budget. A little run down in some areas (the bathrooms in particular need updating) and rooms/ amenities a little basic but I felt like it was clean and safe and the staff were excellent, all friendly and helpful. "Breakfast" is weak, a couple things in a paper bag and the creamers for coffee had been left out too long and a few were like yoghurt... Even with those so-so aspects I'd stay here again when traveling and trying to limit the cost of my trip. Works well when you need as a base to keep your things and sleep. I would not stay here if I were looking for a nice weekend away with my significant-other, if you want a hotel that feels like its a vacation just hanging out in your room look elsewhere.

Awesome location and view. Having the space needle be visible from your room window is always a luxury and a plus in my book. The staff were nice and friendly, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel has an old type look to it which seems awesome to me it kinda reminds me of an opera house or a classic theater. Each individual floor has a set piece or an art painting in the corridors which is just amazing. I would definitely come back if I was ever back in the area. I recommend it for sure ✌🏼👍🏽

Great location near Space Needle. Half the price of all other hotels in the area. Honest housekeepers. My daughter leave her wallet on the bed with $350 inside. When we come back 6 hours later. The bed was made and room cleaned. Nothing was taken from the wallet. Thank you housekeeping

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
