Second time staying here and thoroughly recommend it to all. Rooms have plenty of space with all amenities you would need (you have to ask at reception if you need a hair dryer or iron). Great water pressure in the shower. Room and bathroom were very clean, as were all common areas. Cafe open downstairs for food and drink and a vending machine on the way up to the rooms which is very useful. Location is superb. Will absolutely stay here again.

Located just five minutes walk from the train station, this hotel is in an excellent location to explore Edinburgh on foot, by bus or taxi. Was able to get to many tourist attractions by walking and explore nearby attractions. Staff team are young, polite and friendly. Assisted me promptly with an emergency. Breakfast is unlimited and with a good selection of cooked or continental options and selection of milks and hot drinks. Also had an evening meal here which was convenient on a busy evening when didn't want to go out. Rooms are clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and a television. Might want to take your own shower gel and shampoo. There's a single dispenser in the shower. Shower curtain isn't weighted so watch out. Would stay here again.

Staff were fantastic. Friendly and having a laugh while also making sure everything was well. Sorted us with an early check in despite us not booking one in advance and were happy to let us sit and feed our son in a highchair in the restaurant, even though we hadn’t ordered anything for ourselves. Seen them also providing great service to other guests. Breakfast is fantastic value for money and was really nice. Room was a wee bit tired but was very clean, comfortable and quiet (we were on the ground floor but it had retro fit double glazing which was fab). Would definitely stay here again - fantastic budget friendly hotel in a great location.

The location is in a prime area. It is easily walkable to mainly main attractions and spots around downtown in Edinburgh, such as the castle, many restaurants, bars/pubs, and some shops. Rooms are very often booked, and I recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Booked the family room for our party of 3, and the main bed was very good, but the two smaller single sized kids' beds were not very good for the price of the room. Free parking was very useful if it is available for your vehicle. Overall prime location for a lower end hotel. Stay if you want to save a bit of money

A very well apportioned family room in a good location with amenities and attractions a short walk away. The room decor was a little dated, but we had two standard singles and a king sized bed. The breakfast was a limited buffet selection but all tasted fresh, we had a drink and some desserts at night and the service was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
