        We had a city view king and the views were amazing. We could see the entire city skyline and the whole marina. The hotel is extremely clean and very well located. We liked that it was just out of the city center because it was quieter!

        Absolutely da bomb, quality at its best . Can not fault this place everything down to its awesome pillows and luxurious toilette. From the check in to the check out, the staff are fantastic. The rooms absolute quality. No noise great views. We will be back, as it's location to restaurants and bars is within walking distance. I'm in love with this place. It's a must.

        A good location but maybe not a great business option - it took me half an hour with reception to work through charge-back arrangements that our v good admin thought they'd sorted with the booking. Bathroom plumbing had some issues (the sink leaked every time I used it) and I have a personal dislike of hotels where the only ventilation is the air con.

        The room was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable enough too. The hotel is located in the heart of Auckland which is a very desirable spot. Plus you can see the Sky Tower from your window view as well. The reception staff was very friendly as well.

        The bathroom dry and wet separation can be better. everytime after bath although wet bath is closed , it wet the dry area. Other than that, the room and bed is clean. The view is great! Location is also awesome.
