        Awful breakfast. It's not only very limited, they're also not eager to refill the very few things they serve after they run out. I saw an employee just hide the label instead of refilling 1.5 hours before the end of breakfast, while there were still plenty of people inside and more coming in. They decided to do something about it only after I confronted them. Rooms are not great either. Hotel is facing a very busy street and there is no proper soundproofing. It's incredibly loud until late hours and you're going to hear every single drunk person or a car enthusiast revving their engine down below. I was on the highest floor and it was still bad. Good luck getting some sleep.

        Don't know where all bad reviews come from but to me, experience in this hotel is good. I travel around for whole day, just need basic necessities with clean room, service and quiet time to rest. If you dont want any noise, you can inform the hotel in advance or in the time you book the hotel. They will arrange the less noisy room which is facing the mountain behind. Super near the main tourist spots, shopping street with lots of things to discover, restaurants, bus stops, train stations. Cant ask for more! Early checkin is charged 1000 yen/hour. Amenities pickup at front desk. One cons is that the air conditioner is hard to use when I need cool air because the room is hot even during autumn due to the fact the hotel auto turns on heater mode. Definitely come back if having a chance.

        The hotel was fairly new but the bathrooms strange and feels like a train bathroom. The girl at the front desk looked annoyed and refused to call us a taxi at first and told us to walk in the rain with our heavy luggage. Tldr rooms are fine but service is lackluster.

        Do NOT stay here. I’ve stayed in ~40 hotels in Japan, and this has to be one of the worst. Absolutely horrendous service. I arrived at 2:05 pm (official check in is at 3). They would not allow me to check in early. In fact the staff laughed when I asked. Fine. But they do not have a dedicated luggage room, so there are about (not kidding), 100 pieces of luggage just hanging out in the lobby. You can barely get to the front desk it is that over flowing. Anyways, I want to go sightsee, so I check in 3 pieces - 1 carry case, a backpack, and one small shopping bag. When I return at 7 pm, my shopping bag is no longer tagged, and it is sitting on top of someone else’s large case. They could have easily taken it. On top of that, when the front desk staff tries to retrieve my bag, she drags it across the floor instead of unlocking the wheels. The wheel no longer rolls well. The Internet did NOT work. When I called to the front desk to inquire, they LAUGHED, and then their actual response was “there is nothing I can do, it is not my problem, it is working in lobby on my tablet”. Then he laughed again. The hotel looks clean, but is so incredibly dirty. There is black mold growing everywhere in the bathroom - the drains, faucets, and the fan. It is beginning to grow on the shower curtain. It is disgusting. It is likely contributing to the disconcerting smell in the bathroom. I couldn’t even bring myself to take a picture it is that gross. TDLR: zero respect for personal belongings, no Internet in room, zero consideration or concern from front desk staff, black mold everywhere in bathroom.

        I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The room is tiny and the design of the bathroom is terrible, and lighting feels like you are in a surgery room. When I stayed in Tokyo, everytime I went past the reception desk they would greet me, with either good morning or good afternoon, here there was nothing. The location is good, but then again it’s in the town centre m, so many others would be in a similar location. Overall I wouldn’t recommend and, I wouldn’t stay here again.
