I had a room on the 5th floor, facing into the "courtyard." This was excellent as it meant I wasn't at the rear of the hotel and heard no noise from the train tracks nearby. The hotel is modern enough and of a standard you'd expect for a busy London Travelodge. Hallway carpets needed a clean. My room was very clean and tidy and all was in good condition. However, the room did have a smell of damp about it, and the shower curtain definitely needed changed, as it had some mould on it. The hot water was plentiful and nice and hot. I'd stay again for what I paid, which was approximately £85 a night for late December. The location is its best feature as it is a 10-minute walk from both Waterloo station in one direction and 10 minutes to Borough Market in the other direction.

Stayed here 1 night room was ok, a bit pricey Breakfast was awful the best part was the baked beans You got 5 stars for service purely because on the sunday morning i went to reception to ask for some more milk for our room and the young lady on duty was so lovely and smiley and friendly and happy she was a credit to you, the staff in the breakfast hall were all looking not happy at all. We also saw at least two of your room attendants the same morning and they were lovely and Friendly saying good morning with nice smiles

Great location for us. It's a Travel Lodge, so no frills. it was good value overall. The bed was very comfortable and our superior room on the 7th floor was quiet, so we slept well. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff on reception and in the cafe were polite and helpful.

It's good value at £60/night. There was no train noise and the air con worked nicely - I've stayed in a number of London Travelodges and this is the best value by far (barring some unusually cheap stays in 2020). Obviously it's a Travelodge so don't expect gourmet but this is a great location for anyone with even a short time to kill in London (even if only an hour at 11pm). For a tourist it's ideal. Families seemed very welcome, there were plenty running around late at night enjoying their holiday

Everything was OK, some confusion with certain things, like the first night we went for dinner they told us there weren't any baby seats, but there was as at breakfast someone brought us one, also fruitshoots were in fridge but they wouldn't sell them (although the manager did give us one later) They were very good as one of our party could not attend and we had prepaid breakfast, they gave us dinner for us both instead. During breakfast time on the Monday we came down at 10:30 to find it closed at 10 during the week, but weekends it was 11, we hadn't been informed about this (although there was a small note thing we found later with this info on, so kind of our fault but could of been clearer) The lovely ladies who were working at the restaurant clearing up breakfast on Monday 23rd Oct were lovely and gave us some bananas and pancakes for the baby which was very lovely of them! 100% service there. Also the staff who were cleaning the rooms throughout the weekend were very lovely and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
