The location of this hotel was fantastic with a short walk to the underground. Lots of variety of places to eat within walking distance too. Parking is available but limited. Room was fine for what we needed, however no one topped up our teas and coffees even with the sign left on our door. We did as at reception and they gave us some then so not a problem. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed there last night, a very pleasant and happy experience. Staff on the Recetion desk were very polite and helpful. In fact it was a warm welcome. Parking easy round the back, and a ten minute walk gets you to Ealing Broadway station, with the benefit of the Elizabeth line, four stations and your in theatre land. The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Aa very nice place to stay for a visit to the Capital. Lots of shops, restaraunts along Ealing Broadway right outside your door. Five star review as far as we are concerned.

It's a Travel Lodge so it does what it says on the tin. Clean, tidy rooms with the usual facilities & a good hot shower. This one also had a bar which opened late for residents. Limited parking available onsite at £10 for 24hrs but reasonable for London.

Really bad experience, we were there for 6 nights. We arrived 1 hour before the check in time, the room was ready (said by the recepctionist) and told us that if we wanted to enter the room we need to pay extra 10 pounds... The room was super dirty, the linen with red spots, carpet dirty, the bathroom with hairs all over the place, the bath was blocked... Moreover, even though we place the "top me up" sign at the door, they forgot to do it. This happened twice, and we have to come down to reception everyday to request fresh towels. The fire alarm went off 14 times one night... I understand this is something they cant control, however when I complaint about this and the careless service received to the manager (Annia) everything she did was apologise and walk away. I dont recoment this hotel at all. Bad service and bad housekeeping services.

My friend and I spent a night there and found the place very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The next morning, we decided to go down for breakfast which consisted of a buffet with plenty of choices starting with cereal to fried sausages. There is a bus stop outside and the railway station is not too far either.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
