Have stayed her multiple times, most recently in December 23, rooms are nicely decorated and clean, great location. We had a slight issue with the smart light switch in the super room keep lighting up in the night, waking my partner. We mentioned it in passing during checkout and the manager was kind enough to offer us an E voucher for the issue. We’d definitely stay again, always have wonderful service and a great stay.

We stayed for less than 15 hours so a comfy bed was welcome! Night staff where super friendly and helpful with all my constant questions. Plus the bar area and stuff looked fresh and cozy but for a short stay in London it was awesome 👌

We enjoyed our stay here. The reception crew are very helpful and welcoming. We asked to change rooms and were given a new one straightway. Loved how central we were to central London. So easy to walk to the west end and markets.

Bit of a trek from Kings Cross but easily doable with wheeled cases - about 20 min walk. Glad it wasn't raining. Really friendly staff on arrival & in the restaurant, one of the best things about the place was the staff, only beaten by 1) the excellent breakfast & 2) quietness of the area. Room smaller than I'm used to for Travelodge, twin room with small bathroom, walk-in shower only, no bath. Comfy bed, thankfully plug sockets near top of bed (another Travelodge I recently visited only had plugs at the opposite side of the room to the bed, so annoying when I need to charge phone overnight whilst listening to podcasts). No hairdryer in the room but available at Reception, no glass or plastic cup in bathroom or bedroom but available downstairs in the bar/restaurant area & no issue with you taking it to your room. A new touch since my last visit to a Travelodge was that they now have usb charging point in the room too. Nice Samsung TV in the room & room 425 on 4th floor was lovely & quiet - except when neighbours coming & going, but outside noise/area was incredibly quiet. Breakfast all you can eat for about £10.50 & kids go free. Plenty of choice, everything freshly cooked, gorgeous warm croissants & lovely coffee out of the machine. There's a restaurant & bar serving meals throughout the day & pizzas all night. Reasonable prices given location, not that we ate there. Downsides were 1) someone in 1 of the nearby rooms smoking - both days when we opened our door in the morning a strong smell of smoke in the corridor. 2) bathroom was quite dirty under the sink & on wall. 3) only 1 towel each now - although am sure they'd give you another at Reception if you ask. I get they're trying to reduce waste/laundry etc. Final note - a great Chinese 2 mins down the road called Canton Taste - we got a table as a walk-in at 7 on a Friday night, they do takeaway too. Fabulous dumplings!

The hotel location is great, paid £209 for a twin room . Considering how dirty the hotel corridors and bedroom carpets floor was,overpaid! Enjoyed the fact that the water temperature and pressure was brilliant in bathroom. The service was good as the hotel staff were friendly 👌🏾 I wouldn't stay there again,just because it was dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
