      The hotel room stank. Not a good service. The dark-skinned lady at the reception was unfriendly. Towels unclean. Bed caused back pain. Strange people walking around there. Zero recommendation value!! No hair dryer, only 2 towels even though we were two people. No room service. The floor was very unclean, it smelled funny.

      A member of staff came into my room whilst I was sleeping between 11:30-12:00pm last night, without any reason at all. I am a woman travelling on my own and I found this really disturbing and worrying...that someone working at the hotel could come in and out of my room as they pleased. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. When I spoke to the front desk, they could not offer an apology or reason for this disturbance. I had to be up for work at 5am the next morning, and I couldn't sleep afterwards.

      To start off, I never ever write bad reviews because I don't see the value in making negative comments about small issues. However, this hotel is my exception. The room we were originally in had an awful smell and a very damp wet floor. We went to dinner in the hopes it would fade with the windows open and fan on. When we got back the smell was still there and worse. We asked the staff and they said it was a moldy carpet. The employee asked us rather rudely ‘I assume you don't want to stay here?’, and moved us to a seperate room. The staff at the front desk were rude every time we spoke to them and did not seem to care at all about the wellbeing of the customers. The meals we had were awful (burnt, dry and always late), and the drinks provided at breakfast were watered down and undrinkable. The keycard stopped working half way through the stay and we were unable to get into the hallway or our room. The USB ports did not work at all by the beds and there were no close plugins available. The shower curtain is unusable and water goes everywhere in the tiny bathroom. The bathroom had no fan and therefore towels were damp and mirrors were unusable after showers. The wifi was not free and cost a small fortune for longer stays. When paid for, it cut in and out, and the code to connect another device was never sent out resulting in us having to call customer service every time (over 6 times). The customer service reps were snarky and blamed our devices rather than trying to fix or compensate for the problem. Within the lift, the mirror looked to be a two way mirror and caused some concern. I do not recommend this hotel. Other smaller things such as there being a missing pillow in the first room, not being able to contact the front desk by phone and meals taking forever to come out all contributed to a pretty abysmal stay overall.

      Great location by the deptford DLR - only a 10 min walk to Depford or Greenwich national rail stations too. Unfortunately our hot water wasnt working when we arrived but we let reception know on our way out for dinner and they soon had it fixed by the time we got back in the evening. The rooms facing outwards onto the street have a lot of traffic noise so not the best if you are a light sleeper (or bring earplugs!) - we had the window shut and it was noisy - I imagine it is very loud in the summer with the windows open. Overall clean and great value for money.

      The hotel is nice. Staff is polite. The hotel is 1 min walking distance from the bus station and train station. Bus no. 453 to Marylebone takes you to Central London. Also there are 2 Chinese restaurants located at walking distance from the hotel.

        Booking Policy
        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

        Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

        Modification and Reschedule Policy
