Seems very new hotel, great customer service, comfy rooms, very clean. Breakfast good and only 10 mins walk from metro station. Currently a construction site next door wasn’t great. Overall value for money, nice clean and a good stay.

This hotel will cancel your room with no warning. Reservation was confirmed weeks in advance and when we showed up we were told the reservation was cancelled and the rooms were sold out. No notice or anything. Only a message from them 6 days before promoting their taxi service. No help with finding a substitute hotel either. 0/10

This note will take every extra cent and sneak every charge in that they fee they can. We wound up paying over €100 EXTRA for a single night because we had 3 pets, not 2 and had to pay for 2 rooms plus extra pet fees. Plus €15 for parking. Add in less than helpful staff, and amenities that were poorly set up (sinks spray outward and shower gel dispensers empty) and this was a less than adequate hotel. 2 stars instead of one because the rooms were clean.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Had couple of issues but overall good stay. There was no soap in the dispenser. I informed the same to two members of the reception staff, they promised me that they will get Housekeeping to fix it but that never happened. Also, when I booked the room I choose a queen bed but I was given twin beds. My AirPods, phone and tv remote keep falling in the gap between the two beds and it was very annoying.

OK for short stay to visit the exhibition, which is a short drive from hotel. Too expensive for a budget place

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
