We had a wonderful stay! The staff was super friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and had a great view of the square. We loved hearing the live music at night. Hotel provides ear plugs and I’m a pretty light sleeper. I slept fine! AC worked great we were there during the heat wave. The location was fantastic!! There is a taxi stand right in front which made it super easy to get to our early morning tours across town.

Wonderful place! The breakfast is very nice (eggs, many kinds of juices, coffee, fruits and so on). The staff is very friendly and happy to help with any need. The room is furnished with all we need (for two). There was hot water so no worries about that. Nice location close to the center by a couple minutes of walk.

Great location in Trastevere, walkable from many of the key tourist sites in Rome. The room was modest and clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the inside and outside noise made it impossible for us to enjoy our stay and we ended up checking out early to stay elsewhere for our last night in Rome. Tree Charme is located next to a small piazza where your people were yelling and drinking until around 3am, even on weeknights. We were given earplugs which did not drown out the sound of Italian youth wailing the lyrics to “Wonder Wall” on a Thursday night. Almost as bad was the noise inside. We could hear the people in the next room sneeze and use the toilet, and when they closed their room door it shook the wall and our bed. If you’re young and looking for an affordable stay in a neighborhood with great nightlife and you’re fine with no sleep, you might be alright with this place. Otherwise I would suggest looking elsewhere for your money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
