Extremely helpful staff. Super-convenient location. Good price. Convenient set-up with a mini-kitchen and even a small washing machine in the apartment, though no dryer. Oddly, the refrigerator, though on the coldest setting, did not keep things much above room temperature, but everything else worked great. Would definitely stay here again

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay with my family. Location of the apartment is very nice. Plenty of market, supermarket, eating joints, brewery are just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Nearest metro station is just 300 - 400 metres. Rooms are spacious and feels like home.

Hello, Our deep and great disappointment started with the long and desperate attempts to find the hotel reception desk. The hotel is located inside an open shopping center with restaurants and several apartment buildings. There is no sign on top of the building from the outside, only at the entrance to the shopping center there is a sign with the name of the hotel. There are several entrances to the apartment buildings, none of them and the elevators do not have the name of the hotel. We started going up all the floors trying to find the reception desk, without success. After a long hour, one of the workers led us through a corridor and a long balcony to the front desk office. In addition, after three nights and four days, no one bothered to clean and tidy the room. The garbage cans in the kitchenette and the bathroom were completely full, and we even placed garbage next to the kitchen sink. On the second day, we approached the reception desk and asked that the room be cleaned and the sheets and towels be changed. Of course they didn't come. The next day we called the office, and they sent us towels and shampoo. I have never encountered such disrespect and disregard from a hotel staff. I will recommend to all my friends on every possible platform, not to dare to book a room at the trendy deluxe apartment hotel in Budapest. It is important for me to note that the room we received is very far from the pictures on the booking site. In conclusion, we are very disappointed and angry with the hotel staff and their behavior. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Very comfortable accommodation. However the light outside my door was out during my stay, which was inconvenient for unlocking but also felt a measure less safe. The hallway to the reception room/check in desk was also dimly lit, even at 4 in the afternoon, although the staff was pleasant, thorough and easy to work with. Lots of amenities including good wifi, coffee filters and sugar, and the bonus bottle of wine was nice. Hair dryer was broken.

For the price they are wonderful apartment, quite large with fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, pullers, balcony were you can smoke. Large flat screen TV. Place was cleaned and fresh towels provided during our stay too. Location was ideal for exploring Budapest..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
