Recently renovated rooms, excellent value. Just a block from Trevi fountain, taxi stand, shopping, restaurants, and gelato. Great water pressure, closet space, and a mini fridge for drinks and snacks. Friendly front desk. Stairs are well lighted and I always felt safe and warm. We’ll return!

Janine at the front desk is amazing!!! She helped us so much with every aspect of our trip. The room was ok, location is great, but Janine would be the #1 reason for our return to this hotel. There was also a young man at the front desk who was very kind and extremely helpful but we did not catch his name.

Stayed 2 nights in July. Great location near Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, shops and food. Can easily walk to many sites. We stayed in the annex building around the corner; not a scary alley in regards to other reviews. Tight spiral staircase for rooms upstairs, but we managed fine. Key card required to get in building. Very secure. Room was decent size. A very popular restaurant nearb6means there is always a queue of people on the street. Staff was incredibly helpful.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the proximity to the Trevi Fountain. We booked a room without realizing it would be in the annex building which is a short walk from the main hotel but in horrible condition. The staircase to the first floor is a very narrow and steep spiral staircase (impossible for luggage carrying), the room we were in had mold and water stains all over the walls as seen in the picture. Absolutely disgusted at the condition of the room. Unfortunately they make you pay before you see the room so no backing out and all other hotels are sold out. For the price GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Had a subpar experience with this hotel. Our room had stains all over the walls and ceiling. Our bathroom was dirty with old soap left on the rim of the shower stall. Sinks were clogged and made each of us excited to leave as soon as possible.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
