Really centrally located. Easy to get to everything. Small but clean rooms. Beds super hard if your not used to a hard bed I think you will struggle. Would reccomend ear plugs at night if you are a light sleeper. There's garbage trucks that come at 1am nearly every morning and are extremely loud. If you need assistance or help after 8pm you will have to wait to the following morning as main Reception and the front door closes. You use a separate side entrance. No storage for clothes, big wardrobe but minimal hangers. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. All great. The Asian guy who sometimes helps behind Reception makes a great omelette. The breakfast is simple but fresh and varied. There is no sauna as advertised on website & booking sites. The maid service is very good. Would reccomend & come again for the location, price & staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was in a separate building but there was a lift. The room itself was comfortable and we liked the playful touches with the tiling and art work. Freshly made omelettes and scrambled eggs for breakfast was lovely. Excellent location to explore Rome.

We did not have a good experience at this property. The room was in a separate part of the building, most often requiring us to use a separate entrance. Breakfast served was mediocre and not nearly worth the price they charge. Our room was uncomfortable and very loud, as our window looked out over a very busy road. Upon check-in, the shower door was leaning into the shower, completely unattached. I went down to the front desk (there are no phones in the rooms) to notify the guy there. He came up and promptly accused us of causing the issue. We had checked in less than 20 minutes prior and had zero time to have taken a shower. My biggest issue was with the mini bar in the room. I took pictures of the fridge before and after I removed everything and set it aside. We visited a local store for beer and soda as opposed to consuming items from the mini fridge. I took pictures every day of the items not consumed. Upon checkout, the front desk clerk (the same one that accused us of breaking the shower) was incredibly rude, called me a liar despite being shown the photos and receipts from the shop and charged us for items that were still sitting in the room. As a travel advisor, I will never stay at this property again or send any of my clients here. I do not recommend this property.

An excellent place to stay in Rome, with unbeatable value for money. The rooms were very clean. The shower was spacious. On arrival we were a little sceptical as our room faced the street, but the windows were very well insulated and we were not bothered by the noise. The breakfast was varied, with plenty of choice. The welcome from all the staff is absolutely exceptional, from the reception to the breakfast service, we have never been received in a hotel with such kindness and warmth. We almost felt like we were staying with Roman friends! Everyone was very attentive to the needs of the guests. The hotel has a perfect location as almost all the sites are within walking distance. The closing of the reception during the night was not a problem. The "second" entrance of the hotel is even more spacious than the first one where the reception is located, and leads to the lift. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! This address is clearly to be recommended for stays in Rome. We would have liked to have more storage space in the wardrobe for our clothes and in the bathroom for our things.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
