Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were super friendly and were incredibly helpful. Lovely breakfast in the terrace restaurant with beautiful views of the Bosphorus. The location is perfect very central but quiet. Will definitely return.

This hotel has really lovely staff and is situated within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are not overly large but are perfect with good air conditioning and powerful showers. There is a superb breakfast served every morning on the roof terrace which has great views over the Marmaris sea and Bosphrous. Highly recommended.

This place is amaze, rooms are small but we were fine with 3 people. Location is also fantastic. But what really makes this place is the hosts and staff, so attentive to the most smallest things, thanks so much! In fact on our return leg via Istanbul we changed our hotel to come back here!!

Tria is a 20 room boutique hotel that is very well situated on a small quiet street one block from at least 20 restaurants. Well within walking distance of major attractions and sight seeing. The one negative is that the rooms are very small. If you can work around a small space with two roller bags, one large, one medium, you'll be ok. The staff is terrific, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent choice!! The hotel is in a great location! It offers all amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is traditional Turkish and gives you the opportunity to get to know the local customs. Excellent Wi-Fi. It has elegant rooms and is always clean! We have a special thanks to the amazing and friendly staff! The whole team is made up of pleasant and kind people who are willing to serve you! Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
