There was no heat in the room..they give me a different room the heat wasn’t good enough.. location of the hotel showing online it’s just for check in , then the actual room in a different building and the breakfast room in the 3 building so you have to walk outside in the cold weather to the breakfast room ..3 different building ( check in - actual room- breakfast room) . Clean room and good location at Istiklal street..little bit noisy..but it wasn’t too bad..

The worst of the worst Please don’t book this hotel, you will do a terrible mistake, The receptionist Erdi is the worst of his kind, should not even be in hospitality, wondering how hospitality works in Turkey. They have no sense of urgency, no empathy, no care, overall the worst of its kind. plus look at the pictures to see how dirty is the place. Be mindful when you book and please read all reviews before you do because you will be upset.

Very nice and friendly employees in this hotel specially the manager yeganeh she help us with everything and she is really has a nice behavior with all guests and, also nice breakfast. I wish to be again in Istanbul and stay in this friendly hotel Thanks

It was in reasonable price for the size of the room and amenities. There were mandatory breasts for the days we stayed in. Nice place.

It's not a hotel. Small buildings are distributed in different places. Only the staff are good. Even the breakfast u need to go 🚶‍♂️ outside. Taxi 🚕 upper not coming. pictures in bookings different than facts.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
