        Staying 9 nights and not impressed with this hotel. I booked a smaller room which I expected to be small, but did not expect that there would be essentially no window since the one in my room looks right into another hotel room through a tiny courtyard with no light so even at midday, my room is dark and gloomy. I asked the desk to be moved to a room with light and was told it would be an additional £40/per night for 9 nights. Apparently if you do not pay for the premium rooms, you get treated like a 3rd class steerage passenger on the Titanic here. There is also no phone in my room or mini fridge. Not having a phone in the room is a safety risk if there is an emergency and one's mobile does not work here. On top of the dark room, I was informed by management in the middle of the day when I was working from my room that they needed to clean since it had been 4 days since my arrival. They said they would return in 30 minutes and I had to leave the room which was super inconvenient since I am working. No one showed up after 30 minutes so I headed down to the desk to ask them to do as they said they needed to. Desk agent not helpful and didn't care. This hotel has potential to be good, but they need to work out customer service and safety issues. Will not be returning.

        Another great stay at the Tribe. Always nice to go back. The corner room is ideal for a longer stay as it gives you a bit more space. In the bathroom it would be nice to have extra hooks (there is an empty wall which maybe ideal to hang anything) Friendly staff as usual. Very clean room thanks to their excellent cleaning team. In the morning it maybe be helpful to have two people instead of one person preparing coffee/cappuccino etc … 😉 See you soon!

        We spent a really good time in this hotel, the room was beautiful and always clean and tidy. The staff was polite and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant and had the Christmas menu and same as the hotel staff, the staff was so helpful especially Estella who took care of us during our diner. The food and the menu was quite original and delicious.

        Nice, new hotel in a good location with good tube connections to the rest of London. Interiors are very nice, staff are super friendly. The corner room had great views and the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and had nice selection of products. A few things missing though - no fridge in the room despite them offering free cans of Espresso martini, no phone in the room to contact reception, no fitness facilities. Also check in was early at 11am.

        Super friendly staff, nice room and great breakfast. Great location and easy access to Underground. Stayed for our Anniversary weekend and can't fault it. Had a great view from room and staff were great from working reception, breakfast and bar. Would highly recommend.
