We are somewhat disappointed with the hotel. It was not communicated in advance at the check-in that breakfast was not included, leading us to pay for a rather unappetizing breakfast at check-out. Had we known this beforehand, we would have opted for a local breakfast spot. The bathroom exhibited numerous mold spots, and streaming TV programs did not work. Additionally, the towels were soft but dried very poorly. Also, the staff was not dressed professionally, but that’s my opinion. The worst part was the garage—it was a nightmare. It took us 30 minutes to exit. The space is tight, and the steep incline caused our car to constantly slip. You have to drive quite fast to ascend while navigating an extremely narrow turn. I barely managed to exit without damage but judging by the marks on the garage wall, many others have scraped against it. If you don't have a small car with four-wheel drive, I recommend avoiding parking there.

Stayed for a few days for work. Staff were great, very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were somewhat on the small side, but as this was just a place to sleep it was fine. Bed was a little short on the length but comfy. Loved the rain shower but for some reason the door seal couldn't cope so if I used it then I flooded the bathroom floor. Ended up just using the other shower. Breakfast was very good and it was also nice to be able to get a decent cup of coffee. Would stay there again.

When I enter this hotel it wasn't a nice feeling, there was no reception area. Two guys just sitting on chair in a corner. No welcoming at all. No introduction to hotel amenities. Very small room. Avoid their breakfast as the fruit were not fresh and seems like they were cut a night before with mouldy black spots. This hotel absolutely not 4 star. Not a good location as well. You will get better option at this price.

I had a single room with a very small bed, which I don't really understand, as there would have been space for a wider one. You find everything in the room you need, even a nespresso machine. There is limited space for your cloth, but sufficient. Nice bathroom with a rain shower. My room even came with a little balcony. Wifi is free, but very poor quality and there are 30odd French TV channels, but only few English or German ones. Staff is very friendly and location is great, with a big park just in front and the metro station for metro 14 just around the corner.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean. However 1. after checkin, we realized there was no shower gel and the staff said the whole hotel ran out of shower gel which is unbelievable for a 4 star hotel. We only got it in 24 hours 2. bed and pillows are too soft which don’t provide any support for back/neck. we didn’t sleep well at all. usually a hotel like this would provide a softer and a harder pillows. this doesn’t feel like a 4 star one that charges 200 euros per night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
