For budget hotels, this place is very comfortable! Clean and tidy! The location is a little bit tricky since there were several Valdemara-something around but still good. The location is also very strategic! Near to vacation spots in Riga! The heating and insulation are also good, keeping us warm on cold nights. The best part of this hotel is BIDET in every bathroom! Very essential especially for Asians!

The hotel was amazing! The staff was absolutely nice. They randomly chose a persone which will receive a free upgrade! I was that person and they switched me from a normal room to a suite, I find this initiative fantastic. Furthermore the breakfast was so tasty and if it were not enough the hotel is in the city centre Highly recommend!

Rooms were cold and breakfast wasn´t good because warm food was cold and one morning we didn´t get coffee at all. Also some food had run out. One of us can´t eat gluten and she had bread witch was moldly. Otherwise the hotel was good and it was nice that we had all the rooms in the same floor. In the reception the staff were nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel - the rooms are modern and spacious - the receptionist was incredible welcoming and accommodating! - the hotel has a sauna/jacuzzi and steam room which doesn’t seem popular with guests but it was really nice and I enjoyed it! I recommend it - only downside was the A/C didn’t seem to be working properly but I still giving 5 for the service and the A/c is fixable!

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Nice roms, but a little bit small and very cold in the floors. But good food and clean hotel🤗🤗

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
