We had a great stay at Tridente Suites! The location is perfect, right in the middle of Rome, close to metro and taxi stops. The rooms are large with plenty of space for luggage etc. and they seem clean and tidy. However the best part of the stay was the great service and friendly staff! The staff welcomed us with open arms and if we had any questions they went over and above to help. Thank you for having us! We will be back☺️

This hotel canceled my reservation the night before my stay, through an email. I booked originally through Priceline. When I called to find out what happened, they said they oversold and no longer had a room for me. I then had to take the next hour of my vacation trying to find another hotel last minute. I would never recommend a hotel that would treat customers like that.

I came all the way from new Zealand and We stayed 2 nights in this hotel .very clean and nice .but the most important the owner and the staff were so sweet and helpful.location was perfect ,close to everything. we defenetly would stay again there. Thank you :)

Really enjoyed my stay - excellent price and perfect location. Opens up onto Popolo Plazza and taxis always nearby. Comfy beds and updated rooms. Such nice people. Note: the building itself, before you get to the wing of the suites, is run down and smells mildewy. Don't let that deter you - the office and suites are new and super nice. Really glad that for about the same price as a private room in a hostel, found this place.

We arrived late at night and the owner didn't tell us that the reception is not open 24/7. The hotel is inside a very old building, with an elevator for 2 persons. The sheets from the room were dirty, the water from the toilet kept on running all night long, and the air conditiong had a very bad smeel. We left the hotel the next day, and when we asked for a refund, the hotel manager whose named is Roberta ignored us. Worst experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
