We have been there on our few nights honeymoon. The choice was perfect! The place has perfect view on caldera and whole Fira. Rooms were very clean every day (best cleaning service in Greece), service was there few times per day. Owner was great as well, helped us with everything (taxi,trip, dining tips...). It's not cheap but the place is just perfect!

OMG... I can't recommend this place enough! Santorini is SO amazing - the views - the food - everything! But the Tieris Suites are also awesome! We stayed in the Cave/Honeymoon suite, with its own hot cave tub! Our stay was November 17-20 - a perfect time to visit, as it was not crowded as it normally is. Our housekeeper was awesome - we loved her. The person that met us when we got there was great! George, who I think was the owner and our primary contact, was unbelievable. He helped us with everything - even in the middle of the night when my wife had a health care issue and had to go to the hospital. George was always available, always responsive. Provided great recommendations of things to do and places to eat while we where there. It was like having our own personal concierge! There was nothing about this stay that was less than a 5 star for us! And the price we paid was very reasonable (I realize it was offseason but we still felt it was a great value) We Highly Recommend the Trieris Villa and Suites!

Don't trust pictures, no sea view from the room ! I booked 4 days in March , it was supposed to be a room with sea view, at our arrival it was a room with view to a wall ! The sea view is outside the room, on the rooftop...I requested another room , the weather was very cold and to go outside to enjoy a view was not acceptable ! and even if the place we're emptied they lied and didn't do any action ..they asked me to cancel my reservation if I was not happy ! A shame because I was already in Santorini ....any way I did it and find a wonderfully other hotel that were not lier

We loved staying at this unique and cozy hotel. Each suite is completely unique, and we loved our cozy and romantic cave room. We enjoyed the view while eating our to-order breakfast each morning on our private balcony. Dimitri was a great host, providing us with tips and a cell phone so that we could contact him with any problems. The rooms are sparkling clean and only a few steps from the heart of Fira. I would highly recommend to any friend visiting Santorini.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
